URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Shire is initiating a voluntary Retail Level Recall on Daytrana 15mg
and a Market Withdrawal on Daytrana 10mg, 20mg, and 30mg that addresses
a safety issue with the product due to lots may no longer meet the
release liner removal specifications and is asking all retail
pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Daytrana 15mg/9Hr Patch Recall (NDC# 54092-0553-30)
Lot #s: 40794

* Daytrana 10mg/9Hr Patch Market Withdrawal (NDC# 54092-0552-30)
Lot #s: 40856

* Daytrana 20mg/9Hr Patch Market Withdrawal (NDC# 54092-0554-30)
Lot #s: 37908, 37910, 37911, 38125, 41465, 41521

* Daytrana 30mg/9Hr Patch Market Withdrawal (NDC# 54092-0555-30)
Lot #s: 37698, 37750, 38128

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
