URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Nycomed is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses
a safety issue with the product due to a report of mislabeled
containers which may be labeled as Zoderm Cleanser 4.5% in error and
is asking all retail pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the
following product:

* Zoderm Cleanser 6.5% 400mL (NDC# 10337-0751-51)
Lot #s: 9G15

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
