URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Allergan is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses
a safety issue with the product due to pH Base stability may be out of
specifications and is asking all retail pharmacies to now remove
listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Acuvail 0.45% Ophthalmic Solution (NDC# 00023-3507-30)
Lot #s: 62348, 62377, 62385, 62386, 62391, 62438, 62815, 64040

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
