URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Taro is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses an
issue with the product due to lots may release at faster rate, not
meeting specifications at 8th hour dissolution interval and is asking
pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Etodolac ER 500mg Tabs (NDC# 51672-4052-04)
Lot #s: 80083, 81417, 78472, 78789

* Etodolac ER 500mg Tabs (NDC# 51672-4052-01)
Lot #s: 78473, 78474, 78787, 78788, 79298, 80080, 80081, 80082,
80083, 80762, 80763, 80764, 81415, 81416, 81417

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
