Reminder ***URGENT: Possible Errors in QuickScrip AR***

If you have already spoken with someone at Cost Effective regarding
these AR issues, please ignore this message.

If you use QuickScrip to maintain charge accounts, the system may
report beginning balances incorrectly. Please check two or three
accounts and verify that the ending balance of the last three months
match the beginning blance of the following month.

If everything is correct, your system is fine. If you notice that
the beginning and ending balances do not match, please call to have
the problem corrected.
