URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Qualitest Pharmaceuticals is initiating a voluntary Retail Level
recall that addresses a safety issue with the product due to an
individual tablet was found exceeding weight requirements - analysis
of the tablet found that the product was super-potent for Prednisone
and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Prednisone 10mg tablets - pkg size 21 tabs (NDC# 00603-5338-15)
Lot #s: L091D10A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
