URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

American Health Packaging is initiating a voluntary Retail Level
recall that addresses an issue with the product due to a potential GMP
violation and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the
following product:

* Omeprazole 20mg capsules 100-ct (NDC# 68084-0128-01)
Lot #s: 083132, 083150, 083150A, 083321, 090656, 091476, 092327,
093318

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
