URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Aurobindo Pharma USA / NorthStar is initiating a voluntary Retail
Level recall that addresses a safety issue with the product due to one
tablet of Zolpidem was found in a 1000-ct bottle of Sertraline and is
asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Sertraline 100mg tablets 1000-ct (NDC# 16714-0613-06)
Lot #s: SR1009068-A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
