URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Aurobindo Pharma USA / NorthStar is initiating a voluntary Retail
Level recall that addresses a safety issue with the product due to one
oversized tablet found in bottles of each lot and is asking pharmacies
to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Zolpidem 10mg tablets 500-ct (NDC# 16714-0622-02)
Lot #s: ZT1009034-A, ZT1009036-A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
