URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Shire is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses a
safety issue with the product due to possible reduced drug potency and
is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Adderall XR 5 mg capsules (NDC# 54092-0381-01)
Lot #s: A56222A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
