URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Teva is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses a
safety issue with the product due to an out of specification assay
result and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the
following product:

* Cephalexin Susp125mg/5mL 100mL-bottle (NDC# 00093-4175-73)
Lot #s: 30301221A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
