URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Schwarz Pharma Manufacturing is initiating a voluntary Retail Level
recall that addresses an issue with the product due to safety issue:
there is a presence of thicker overweight tablets in batch population
due to the prescence of start-up waste in acceptable product and is
asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Isosorbide MN 30mg ER tablet 1000-ct (NDC# 62175-0128-43)
Lot #s: 0913002

* Isosorbide MN 30mg ER tablet 100-ct (NDC# 62175-0128-37)
Lot #s: 0913001

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
