URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Purdue Products LP is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses an issue with the product due to safety issue: product may
have an out of specification result for Benzophenone and is asking
pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Colace Liquid 50mg/5mL 30mL-bottle (NDC# 67618-0102-30)
Lot #s: 8T5534, 9J6397

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
