URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

PriCara is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses
an issue with the product due to safety issue: may release active
ingredient at faster rate than specifications and is asking pharmacies
to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Ultram ER 100mg tablets (NDC# 00062-0653-30)
Lot #s: 09A006P, 09A007P, 09A008P, 09A013P, 09A014P, P08H006,
P08I008, P08I009, P08J012, P08J014, P08K017, P08K019,
P09B017, P09B018

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
