URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Pfizer is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses
an issue with the product due to these lots have labeled directions
stating that one dose should be taken every 4 hours. FDA monograph
specifies that the directions should instruct taking one dose every 6
to 8 hours and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for
the following product:

* Robitussin Cough-Cold D Syrup PSE 8OZ (NDC# 00031-8706-18)
Lot #s: D78712, D78713, D78714, D90060, D90061, D90062, D90063,
E05276

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
