URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

King Pharmaceuticals is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall
that addresses an issue with the product due to these lots have the
potential to exceed specifications for dissolution result at the six
month time point Impurity-I content over the shelf life of the product
and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Embeda Capsules 20-0.8 MG Capsule (NDC# 60793-0430-01)
Lot #s: 158G91 & 582H91

* Embeda Capsules 50-2.0 MG Capsule (NDC# 60793-0433-01)
Lot #s: 160G91, 586H91, & 587H91

* Embeda Capsules 60-2.4 MG Capsule (NDC# 60793-0434-01)
Lot #s: 617H91

* Embeda Capsules 80-3.2 MG Capsule (NDC# 60793-0435-01)
Lot #s: 583H91

* Embeda Capsules 100-4.0 MG Capsule (NDC# 60793-0437-01)
Lot #s: 588H91

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
