URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Aurobindo is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses
an issue with the product due to a labeling issue where some bottles
of Citalopram 20mg were labeled improperly as Paroxetine 40 mg
30 count bottles and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S
for the following product:

* Paroxetine 40mg tablets 30 count (NDC# 65862-0157-30)
Lot #s: PE0410005-A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
