URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Teva is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall and Withdrawal that
addresses an issue with the product due to an out of specification
dissolution result and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed
LOT #S for the following product:

* Nifediac CC 60mg tab (NDC# 00093-1022-01)
Lot #s: 0804T28, 0807T25, 0809T11

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
