URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Fougera-Nycomed is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses an issue with the product due to out of specification
results for assay for Diflorasone Diacetate and is asking pharmacies
to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Diflorasone Diacetate 0.05% cream 30 gm (NDC# 00168-0242-30)
Lot #s: 329B

* Diflorasone Diacetate 0.05% cream 15 gm (NDC# 00168-0242-15)
Lot #s: 976D

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
