URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Qualitest is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses
an issue with the product due to potency failure at 6 months room
temperature stability time station and is asking pharmacies to now
remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Spironolactone 25mg tablets 100-ct (NDC# 00603-5763-21)
Lot #s: T118F09A

* Spironolactone 25mg tablets 500-ct (NDC# 00603-5763-28)
Lot #s: T118F09B

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
