CVS/Caremark Investigation

The APA is requesting help with an issue that Caremark is rejecting
claims with messaging for the customer to call CVS/Caremark. When you
call, you are then routed to either their mail order component or to
CVS directly for their prescriptions. The NCPA has asked for stores to
give them examples. The NCPA has been in contact with the FTC, who is
actively investigating CVS/Caremarks actions.

If this happens to you, please call our help desk and we will make
notes about the incident. We do not know exactly what the lawfirm
wants to know so we may have to make follow-up calls as well.
