URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Monarch/King is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses a safety issue with the product due to the product does not
meet dissolution testing requirements through product shelf life and
is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Embeda Capsules 20mg/0.8mg (NDC# 60793-0430-01)
Lot #s: 581H91

* Embeda Capsules 30mg/1.2mg (NDC# 60793-0431-01)
Lot #s: 159G91, 585H91

* Embeda Capsules 60mg/2.4mg (NDC# 60793-0434-01)
Lot #s: 503H91, 616H91

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
