URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Sandoz is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses a
component issue with the product as one capsule from lot sample did
not have Benazepril HCL component and is asking pharmacies to now
remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Amlodipine Besylate and Benazepril HCl 5/10mg (NDC# 00781-2272-10)
Lot #s: F1031

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
