URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Camber is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses a
non-safety labeling issue with the product as the affected lot may
potentially have a packaging insert label (outsert) for Gemfibrozil
rather than Amlopidine and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed
LOT #S for the following product:

* Amlodipine 5mg tablets 1,000 count (NDC# 31722-0238-10)
Lot #s: I0906374

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
