URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Taro is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that addresses a
non-safety issue with the product as some lots may have out-of-spec
tube uniformity values observed at 18 month stability interval and is
asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following
product:

* Desoximetasone cream 0.05% 60gm (NDC# 51672-1271-03)
Lot #s: C8101


Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
