For those of you using ActiveFax, we have added a feature that will warn you if the ActiveFax program is not running when you try to send a fax. This only works if you have ActiveFax installed on your QuickSCRIP server. To turn this warning on, do the following:

1. Go to your Pharmacy Main Menu


2. Choose 3. Utilities


3. Choose 3. Business/Control File Maint.


4. Choose 7. Rx Label, Report, Price Update


5. Choose 15. Doctor Fax to Modem?


6. Set this to W to warn you when ActiveFax is not running.
