URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Larken Labs is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses an issue with the product as there is a drug description
error on product labeling and is asking pharmacies to now remove
listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Exefen-IR Tablets 100-ct (NDC# 68047-0154-01)
Lot #s: 091138

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
