URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Hospira Inc is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses a safety issue with the product as the solution may contain
particulate matter and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed
LOT #S for the following product:

* Liposyn III 30% IV Fat Emul 500mL (NDC# 00409-6892-03)
Lot #s: all lots

* Liposyn III 10% IV Fat Emul 250mL (NDC# 00409-9790-02)
Lot #s: all lots starting with 79 and 80

* Liposyn III 10% IV Fat Emulsion 500mL (NDC# 00409-9790-03)
Lot #s: all lots starting with 79 and 80

* Liposyn III 20% IV Fat Emulsion 250mL (NDC# 00409-9791-02)
Lot #s: all lots starting with 79 and 80

* Liposyn III 20% IV Fat Emulsion 500mL (NDC# 00409-9791-03)
Lot #s: all lots starting with 79 and 80

* Liposyn II 10% IV Fat Emulsion 500mL (NDC# 00409-9786-03)
