URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Janssen Inc is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses a safety issue with the product as some of the tablets are
coated with an incorrect pink color but correctly imprinted with
"PALI 6" and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the
following product:

* INVEGA ER TAB 6MG 30 (NDC# 50458-0551-01)
Lot #s: 9KG024

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
