Attention RelayHealth Pharmacy Network Customers:

At approximately 10:30am ET today we were made aware of an issue affecting the financial information returned from all SXC BINs. These financials including: TAP and Patient Pay, were being incorrectly returned as $0. The issue was resolved by SXC at approximately 11:15am ET today.

To ensure that the returned financials are correct, you may want to review all claims adjudicated by SXC on Wednesday October 28, 2009 and any that you find that were returned with incorrect financials you may want to reverse and resubmit.

To check your claims for today. Go to the Pharmacy Main Menu and press the F7 key. Set the dates in lines 5 and 6 to 10/28/09. In line 10 set it to Rx's by Ins, Rx Detail. Then go to line 9 and add /CPZ which will only print scrips with copay of $0.00. At this point you're ready to hit P to print.
