URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Dr. Reddy's Labs is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses a safety issue with the product due to the possibility of
oversized tablets and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S
for the following product:

* Pravastatin 10mg TAB 500s (NDC# 55111-0229-05)

* Citalopram 40mg TAB 100s (NDC# 55111-0344-01)
Lot #s: C90995

* RISPERIDONE TAB 0.25MG 500s (NDC# 55111-0201-05)
Lot #s: C92847

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
