URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

McKesson Packaging Services is initiating a voluntary Retail Level
recall that addresses an issue with the product as a precautionary
measure and no significant adverse health consequences are expected
with this batch and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S
for the following product:

* Paroxetine 40mg tablets UD 100-ct (NDC# 63739 0408 10)
Lot #s: 00062092

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
