URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

American Health Packaging is initiating a voluntary Class II Level
recall that addresses an issue with the product as it may not meet
specification throughout the labeled expiry period due to potential
increases in impurities during stability testing for highest unknown
impurity and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the
following product:

* Methimazole 5 mg tabs UD 100ct (NDC# 68084-0275-01)
Lot #s: 082861; 090243; 084206; 091657

* Methimazole 10 mg tabs UD 100ct (NDC# 68084-0276-01)
Lot #s: 082862; 090974; 091270

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
