URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

ANI is initiating a voluntary RETAIL Level recall that addresses an
issue with the product due to it having been deemed unapproved and
misbranded and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for
the following product:

* Brompheniramine + Phenylephrine suspension (NDC# 62559-6331-06)
473 mLs
Lot #s: FBP010

* Brompheniramine Suspension 12mg/5mLs 4 oz (NDC# 62559-6291-04)
Lot #s: FBS001, FBS002, HBS001, HBS002

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
