URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Caraco is initiating a voluntary Class II Level recall that addresses
an issue with the product due to a potential increase in impurities
during stability testing throughout labeled expiration period and is
asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Methimazole 5 mg tabs 100ct (NDC# 57664-0458-88)
Lot #s: 81431A, 81584A, 82295A, 82569A, 82570A, 90311A, 90312A,
90313A, 90315A, 90658A, 90659A, 90660A

* Methimazole 10 mg tabs 100ct (NDC# 57664-0459-88)
Lot #s: 80012A, 80013A, 81717A, 81718B, 82070A, 82073A, 82566A,
82567A, 90385A

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
