URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

American Health Packaging is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall
that addresses a safety issue with the product due to it not meeting
dissolution specs through expiration and is asking pharmacies to now
remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Skelaxin 800mg Tablets 100s (NDC# 60793-0136-01)
Lot #s: 091060 & 091437

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
