URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Barr Laboratories is initiating a voluntary Patient Level recall
that addresses an issue with the product because the affected lot
may contain some tablets exceeding weight requirements which may
lead to super-potent tablets and is asking pharmacies to now remove
listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Amphetamine Salts 20mg tablets (NDC# 00555-0973-02)
Lot #s: 311756

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
