URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall
that addresses a safety issue with the product due to one oversized
tablet being found in the affected lot and is asking pharmacies to
now remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Naproxen 500mg tabs 1000s (NDC# 53746-0190-10)
Lot #s: HC06109

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
