URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

King Pharmaceuticals is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses a safety issue with the product due to out-of-spec potency
results in a 12 month stability test and is asking pharmacies to now
remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Cytomel 25mcg 100s (NDC# 60793-0116-01)
Lot #s: 52215, 52216


Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
