URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

GlaxoSmithKline is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses an issue with the product due to a low level defect that may
result in the patient not receiving the medication as they advance
doses through the Diskus unit and is asking pharmacies to now remove
listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Advair Diskus 100/50mcg 60 dose (NDC# 00173-0695-00)
Lot #s: 9ZP7632 exp 04/10


Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
