URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Forest Pharmaceuticals is initiating a voluntary Retail Level recall that
addresses an issue with the product as it was tested using a superseded
USP test method and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S for
the following product:

* Thyrolar-3 tab 100s (NDC# 00456-0060-01)
Lot #s: 090808

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
