URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Brookstone is initiating a voluntary Consumer Level recall that addresses
an issue with all lots of the Concentrated Acetaminophen Drops that
contain 80mg/0.8mL Acetaminophen in a 16 ounce (473 mL) bottle from the
market due to possible confusion with other liquid Acetaminophen products
available in 16 ounce (473 mL to 480 mL) bottles. Additionally, during
a recent FDA advisory panel, it was recommended that Concentrated
Acetaminophen Drops be removed from the market. The manufacturer is
asking pharmacies to now remove all LOT #S for the following product:

* Acetaminophen CONC DROP 80 mg/0.8mL 16OZ (NDC# 42192-0504-16)

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
