URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Hospira is initiating a Retail Level recall that addresses an issue as
the listed lots have discoloration of product stability tests that
exceeds spec limits and is asking pharmacies to now remove listed LOT #S
for the following product:

* Ciprofloxacin Injection 10mg/mL, 40mL size (NDC# 00409-4778-86)
Lot #s: 74-473-DK, 74-473-DK-01, 74-473-DK-02

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
