URGENT MESSAGE FROM RELAY HEALTH - DRUG RECALL NOTICE

Novo Nordisk is initiating a Retail Level recall that addresses a safety
issue as the listed lots were stolen and may not have been stored and handled
properly and may be dangerous for patient use and is asking pharmacies to now
remove listed LOT #S for the following product:

* Levemir 100 Units/ML Vial (NDC# 00169-3687-12)
Lot #s: XZF0036, XZF0037, and XZF0038

Pharmacies are advised to quarantine and discontinue distribution of these
lots. Further instructions will come directly from your distributor.
